How to Cancel
Login to your account here.
Click ‘My Subscription’ on the left side menu, .
Click the ‘Cancel’ button in the Actions section.
Let us know how we can improve (optional step), then click ‘Ok’.
Your subscription status will show ‘Pending Cancellation’.
You will still have access to Chronicler until the end of your current term (free trial, month, or year depending on the plan), but your card will not be charged again.
