Overview

With Chronicler’s new AI assisted notes workflow, it’s incredibly easy to voice record (or type) a quick session of your summary, and have Chronicler compose a high quality progress note for you!

This new workflow is much simpler and easier than individually choosing statements in our classic Note builder workflow. The notes composed with our AI assistance are also more detailed and rigorous, to help enable a high quality of client care and satisfy insurance requirements.

Before using this feature for the 1st time, Chronicler will prompt you to agree that you are not a covered entity as defined by HIPAA.

If you’re unsure about your covered entity status, you can use this decision tool to help gain clarity.
